Event Details:
This was another great event for the SFV Chapter of the CGSSA.  The meet was underway shortly after 7PM.  One of our awesome regular attendees brought by a UTAS 15 for everyone to try out, GotPink was slinging CGSSA merchandise as fast as she could, Milan2112 had a new Leupold red dot that he mounted up to his GLOCK 17, and we had the full AR500 Plate Carrier and Plates that we’re giving away on display for everyone to try on.  Pizza was served right before 8:30PM, after which shooting continued until closing time (10PM).

Event Details:
This was another great event for the SFV Chapter of the CGSSA.  The meet was underway shortly after 7PM.  We had a long range (500yd) WIFI camera kit on display and being tested/demoed courtesy of Bullseye Shooting Systems, LLC.  A marksmanship competition took place where Calgunners went head to head for a chance to win a 50% Off (up to $1,000) Gift Card to Safariland’s Holsters.com for gear and accessories.  Our winner for the night with an awesome score of 86 points went to Patricia.  Pizza was served right before 8:30PM, after which shooting continued until closing time (10PM).

CGSSA’s 1st Giveaway! Win AR500 armor!

Here is the first of hopefully many CGSSA Giveaways. This giveaway is open to all Calguns members who attend a local CGSSA Chapter Event between now and July 31st 2014. See below for details on how to enter!

The fine folks over at AR500 Armor have generously donated a full set of armor (front, back and side AR500 steel curved trauma plates with spall guard) along with an awesome camo plate carrier that has some rifle and pistol mag pouches. The carrier is fully adjustable and surprisingly comfortable with all four plates in it (yes I had to try it on). This is perfect for home defense or when the Zombie hordes start walking down your street. Estimated package value is $410.

In order to be eligible to win you must do the following:

– Be a member of CalGuns (its quick and painless to sign up!)

– Attend one of the many Chapter Events between now and July 31st. Every time you attend an event you will be provided with a QR code and password to enter. It is your responsibility to get the information from the local chapter lead and enter within 24 hrs of the event. No entries will be allowed after the 24 hr window (if the event starts at 7pm, entries are closed at 7pm the following day), one entry per person, per event.

– The more events you attend, the more chances you have to win!!!
